Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Patient Flow team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external physicians, supervisors, and leadership to ensure patients are placed in appropriate bed assignments. Working alongside the Patient Flow Clinical Supervisor, you will assist in identifying the proper movement of patients within the facility. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential for this role, as it involves seamless functioning in both the Transfer Center and Bed Control.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Associate's Degree in Nursing required
2 years of experience in an acute care setting required

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
