Do you want to be a valued member of a team who plays a critical role in providing excellent emergency care to patients a hospital setting? If so, consider joining our team as a Full Time RN at our Fayetteville Free- Standing Emergency Department, a campus of Siloam Springs Regional Hospital

Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Evaluating assigned patient and plans
* Implementing and documenting care
* Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice
* Teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self- care skills
* Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work.
* Institutes emergency procedures as necessary
* Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
* License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
* Current American Heart association BLS certification
* Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 Days
* Associate's degree in nursing required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 3+ year RN experience in an acute care hospital ER setting preferred
