As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll join an organization that prioritizes your growth and impact by reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on what matters most — delivering high-quality clinical care.Our service model may vary by location, but across all sites, you’ll be supported by a team structure that promotes collaboration, development, and strong clinical outcomes.What You’ll DoLead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plansProvide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program SupervisorsDeliver parent training and ensure high clinical qualityMaintain 30 billable hours per weekCollaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistencyContribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum developmentWhat You BringA completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldAn active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationExperience working with individuals with autism and developmental needsComfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)TB test, immunization records, and background check clearanceSpanish-speaking is a plusWhy Accel TherapiesOur BCBAs are supported, not stretched thin.
