We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary ABA clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience treating individuals in a clinical and school based setting, experience with IEP's, knowledge of autism, and be familiar with the use of AAC devices.

The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans and develop IEP goals that promote optimal communication and social skills.

Hours for this position are flexible based on availability and interest in clinical locations. Hours are available at the Canton and New Philadelphia, Ohio locations. Students are typically available between 9AM and 3PM Monday- Friday. Therapist make their own schedule based on status of client day, required IEP minutes, and personal availability. Hybrid will be considered.

*Responsibilities*
- Conduct assessments to determine if speech is appropriate for students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans/ IEP goals based on assessment results and student needs.
- Frequent collaborate with the student's clinical team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Complete quartile progress reports for students.

-To be flexible with your scheduling based on the status of client's day.

*Qualifications*
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatrics is preferred, particularly within school settings.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with communication challenges.
- Proficient in patient assessment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
