With a culture that values quality, integrity, and family, we take pride in developing spaces that reflect both our clients’ vision and our commitment to enduring design.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team and support the design and coordination of site development projects — including grading, utilities, drainage, and stormwater management systems for residential and infrastructure developments. This is an office-based position focused on creating accurate, efficient, and code-compliant plans. You’ll work closely with our lead engineer and company owner while operating with a high level of independence in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.What You’ll DoDesign and prepare grading, utility, and stormwater management plans for residential and infrastructure projects.Develop site layouts and coordinate plan sets in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Ensure designs comply with applicable state and local codes and permitting requirements.Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.Review and analyze design data, calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.Support permitting processes and communicate with regulatory agencies as needed.Provide technical guidance during design, plan review, and construction phases.What You’ll BringBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee (required).Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, grading, utilities, or stormwater design.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Knowledge of local codes, zoning, and permitting processes in Tennessee.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why Join UsCompetitive pay aligned with experience and performance.Family-oriented culture emphasizing respect, integrity, and balance.Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Tiered PTO based on seniority.
