Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in stocking and retail sales
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with merchandising and product demos
- Strong organizational and time management skills
