Macdonald & Company has partnered with a growing private industrial development platform to appoint a Senior Asset Manager to lead leasing strategy, asset performance, and value creation across a regional portfolio of Class A industrial assets in Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.This is a strategic, ownership-facing role responsible for driving occupancy, underwriting lease economics, executing renewals & expansion deals, and working closely with JV/LP partners to optimize asset returns.Key Responsibilities • Lead leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, renewals, expansions and backfilling of vacancy • Oversee third-party leasing brokers - drive performance, accountability and market intel • Perform financial analysis, proformas and hold/sell scenario modelling • Track asset-level KPIs, rent roll health and capital planning priorities • Support business plans, reporting packs and presentations to partners / investors • Partner with property management and development teams ensuring lease execution • Identify value-add / repositioning / tenant mix opportunities within the portfolioQualifications • 7+ years in industrial asset management or leasing - institutional experience preferred • Strong leasing negotiation track record - able to lead deals directly when required • Deep understanding of rent structures, TI packages, CAM, lease economics • Confident presenting to ownership, capital partners and internal investment committee • Analytical mindset, high accountability, commercial edgeIf you meet the criteria above and are interested in learning more, submit your resume for immediate consideration.
