We are in search of a Full Time RN/LPN for all shifts to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action.
*\*\*$5,000 Sign on Bonus \*\**

*Flex position available. Increased wage scale for Flex employees.*
*Wages:*
* RN: $43.00/hour - $46.50/hour (Based on experience)
* LPN: $36.25/hour - $39.00/hour (Based on experience)
* *+$1.00* per hour more for candidates who have an MSN or BSN
* Including $3.40/hour MI pass through until 09.01.25

* The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

* The ability to work every other weekend
* A valid Michigan Nursing License
*Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:*
* Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
* Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
* Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician’s orders and accurately record all care provided.
* Assess residents and develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.
* Work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies and ancillary service providers to ensure residents receive the appropriate care.
