In this role you will deliver data-driven insights to Finance and Business Units, building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and automating reporting. You’ll extract and transform data with SQL, partner with stakeholders to inform planning and decision-making, and leverage AI tools to streamline analytics. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for Finance and Business Unit stakeholders
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL from enterprise databases
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making
- Partner with Finance teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions
- Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility and efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analytics platforms
- Leverage AI tools to improve analytics workflows, automate tasks, and enhance insight generation
Key requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 5 years of experience
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau xhuatnn
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for data analysis, reporting, and process automation
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Unit stakeholders
