Hofmann USADental, Vision, Life, Accident, Short Term Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance401k with a match after 1 year of service80 hours of Paid Time Off per 2000 hours workedUp to 13 Paid HolidaysPay increase after 1 and 2 years of serviceEmployee Discount ProgramReferral Program that offers $50 to both to you and your referral after they work 80 hoursSCHEDULE:Day Shift hours are 7:00am – 5:40pmNight Shift hours are 7:30pm – 6:10amDuring training you work 5 shifts that are 8 hours a day for 2 weeksOnce training is complete you work 4 shifts that are 10 hours a day each weekPicking up overtime shifts is allowed and encouraged.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:Produce components by assembling parts and subassembliesPosition parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurementsAssemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassembliesVerify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as neededAdjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of productionSpend up to 10 hours a day in a stationary position on the ergonomically enhanced BMW assembly lineClean and maintain work area and equipment, including toolsConduct quality control checks periodically and maintain quality standardsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show problem-solving and multitasking skillsMust be able to maintain a stationary position during a shiftMust be able to position self to shift between upright and low stancesMust be able to reach overhead as necessary to perform job functionsMust be able to position self to maintain and operate machinery to perform job functionsMust be able to move and transport to up to 50lbs unassistedMust be able to discern written and oral instructions and communication fluently in EnglishMust be able to exchange accurate information written and orally fluently in EnglishREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:1 year production/manufacturing/assembly or other applicable experienceHigh school diploma or GEDABOUT US:I.K.
