We’re seeking a Senior Civil Designer to take a leadership role in the design and coordination of complex site development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem solving, and experience guiding teams through all phases of civil design — from planning and conceptual layouts to final construction documentation. Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite 5 Days/Week) Type: Direct Placement (full-time, 40 hrs/week) Compensation: $155,000 - $190,000 yearly Industry: Construction / Engineering / Architecture Key Responsibilities:Oversee civil design activities for site development, grading, utilities, drainage, and transportation infrastructure.Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and technical reports to ensure quality and accuracy.Coordinate project deliverables within established scope, schedule, and budget requirements.Lead design reviews, provide markups and redlines, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.Mentor and support junior designers and drafters in best practices and software proficiency.Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to resolve design and coordination challenges.Contribute to client meetings and assist in proposal or business development efforts as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in drafting, civil technology, or related field, plus 13–15 years of progressive civil design experience.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of site grading, stormwater management, and utility design principles.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Field experience and prior team leadership preferred.Or s Estimated Min Rate: $133000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $190000.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
