To support a growing practice, the full-time remote California CPA Transaction Advisory Manager will manage client engagements, lead quality of earnings preparation, assess market trends impacting financial analytics, and mentor associates while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Successfully manage client engagements with minimal supervision, ensuring satisfaction and firm profitabilityLead the preparation of the initial Quality of Earnings Data Book by collaborating with international and domestic teamsParticipate in client meetings and site visits to gather essential information for financial analysisRequired
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting and/or FinanceCPA or xhuatnn CVA certification4-5 years of public accounting or consulting experience with a national professional services firmExperience in transaction advisory or related accounting rolesStrong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
