Our team, led by Dr. Rajiv Nanavaty, includes two highly experienced Nurse Practitioners, Lacey Lyle and DeJa Davis, who have been part of our practice for 4-10 years.

We pride ourselves on providing a balanced work environment with _no call coverage_, _no hospital rounds_, and _no nights or weekends_.

We are seeking a *dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner* to join our dynamic neurology and sleep team. *New Graduates are encouraged to apply.*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, performing physical exams, and conducting neurological evaluations.
* Formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for neurology and sleep medicine patients.
* Collaborate closely with our neurologist and Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional patient care.
* Educate patients on neurological conditions, sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
* Prescribe and manage medications, monitor treatment efficacy, and adjust dosages as needed.

*Qualifications:*
* Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia.
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in neurology and/or sleep medicine.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, patient-centered environment.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
