Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related5+ yrs experience in producing estimates and assessing cost risks in project controls or cost estimatingKnowledge of EPC estimating methods, processes, and procedures, in addition to the estimate types, classifications, and components. Mechanical and Electrical background, BES or Architectural industry backgroundExperience with Lump Sum Design Build estimates. Specifically understands detail level estimates and design packagesKnowledge with Primavera and TimberlineDay to Day: As an Estimator your primary focus will include the development and review of capital cost estimates, construction cost estimates and/or service estimates for a variety of different market sectors including Waste, Power and Industrial. Development of these estimates will typically require application of a crew-based approach including formation of crews from multiple disciplines along with performing quantity takeoffs and estimates from design drawings. xhuatnn Other responsibilities include data gathering and analysis, cost estimate database management, preparing basis and assumptions documentation, and performing other duties as needed.
