This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a thriving industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.Responsibilities:1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.2. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production flow and reduce waste.3. Ensure compliance with food manufacturing, packaging, and safety regulations, including GMP, SQF, BRC, FSMA, GFSI, and HACCP.4. Lead and motivate a diverse team of production workers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.5. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met and that product quality is maintained.7. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latest production techniques and safety protocols.8. Resolve any production issues that may arise and implement corrective actions as needed.9. Maintain accurate and detailed production records, ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.3. Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing and packaging regulations, including GMP, SQF, BRC, FSMA, GFSI, and HACCP.4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.5. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.6. Experience in developing and monitoring KPI metrics.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.8. High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality products.9. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.10.
