We are currently looking for a Full-Time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team This position is located in our Central Office, in Minot, ND.

This position will complete tasks for both accounts payable and account receivable. This position is responsible for handling accounts payable data entry for multiple business locations, general ledger coding of invoice, check writing, & problem-solving discrepancies on invoices with our vendors. The position also includes invoicing sales, ensuring deposits are accurate and proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services by the company.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and dedication to ensuring accuracy. This ideal candidate must work at a steady pace and be comfortable working within well-defined processes & procedures. The accounting team works onsite in a shared open office floor plan, so the right candidate must be able to work well in close proximity with others.

A high school diploma or GED is required. Preferred accounts receivable and accounts payable experience is strongly preferred.
