I am currently working with a Firm based on Long Island, who are actively seeking multiple Attorneys to join their team as they look to make expansion hires into the business. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role
- Work Across Employment & Labor Matters in the Public Sector: Handle a broad mix of employment issues including disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, discrimination claims, and compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Gain Hands-On Exposure to Litigation & Advisory Work: Support and manage employment disputes from inception through resolution, including hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Develop Case Strategy and Risk Mitigation Solutions: Oversee complex legal research and apply deep knowledge of employment law to shape litigation strategy and deliver proactive risk management guidance.
- Draft and Oversee Key Legal Documents: Review and finalize tribunal pleadings, settlement agreements, policies, and advisory documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client objectives. xhuatnn
