As a Senior Developer, you will design and optimize Oracle-based solutions for a CRM analytics repository, bridging data warehousing with production support. You join the ECRM team to enhance analytics and campaign operations at scale, tackling performance and data integration challenges on Unix/AIX systems. You will shape data flows, implement robust PL/SQL solutions, and ensure 24/7 reliability of critical production processes. This role offers the chance to influence CRM analytics strategies and work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design and develop solutions for the analytical CRM repository on Oracle
- Provide 24/7 support for production processes and applications
- Work under the ECRM team lead and collaborate on CRM analytics and campaign operations
- Design end-to-end data solutions and optimize performance for large datasets
- Develop and tune PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers and dynamic SQL
- Implement ETL design and development with Informatica knowledge as a plus
- Utilize SQL analytic functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK) and advanced indexing/partitioning techniques
- Engage in data modeling, data warehousing design and data loading from multiple sources
- Tune queries, apply Oracle hints, and leverage parallel execution for VLDBs
- Familiarity with Unix/AIX environments and shell scripting
Key requirements
- Oracle Database expertise
- Strong PL/SQL including procedures, triggers, and packages
- SQL with analytical capabilities and performance tuning
- Dynamic SQL, Oracle hints, and advanced indexing/partitioning xhuatnn
- VLDB handling, data partitioning and parallel execution
- Unix/AIX experience and shell scripting
- Informatica knowledge a plus
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL development
- 5+ years in DBMS and software development methodologies
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment and lead minor tasks
- Motivated self-starter
- Team player that can participate in design reviews
