Must have LCSWC license, and at least 2 years of clinical social work experience.

Must have thorough knowledge of principles and practice of social work, community health, welfare and social agencies, and the physical and psychological aspects of aging.

The Social Worker in a nursing home supports residents and their families by addressing emotional, social, and financial needs. They develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare teams, and advocate for residents' rights and well-being throughout their stay.
