We are looking for a *Licensed Psychologist *for our outpatient clinic in *Frisco, TX* to be a part of our dynamic team of psychologists, therapists and registered dietitians. Psychologists are vital to the success of our organization, our care philosophy and to the success of our clients

Next STEPS Worldwide is an innovative and rapidly growing outpatient clinic providing comprehensive psychological, therapeutic and nutrition services for all populations across the lifespan.

Next STEPS passionately believes in a multidisciplinary team approach within an outpatient office setting. Our team consists of licensed psychologists, psychometrists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who collaborate regularly to offer the highest level of client care possible to ensure client success.

Headquartered in McKinney, Next STEPS currently has 27 locations across Texas with 17 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, 4 locations in San Antonio, 4 locations in Austin and 2 locations in the Houston area with more locations in various cities opening soon.

*Role and Responsibilities for Licensed Psychologist:*
* Provide clinical services including psychological assessment, therapy, consultation, supervision, and program development
* Ability to utilize empirically validated treatment models based on best professional practices and standards
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
* Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
* Ability and willingness to provide services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, or families
* Ability to respect diversity and integrate issues of culture into case conceptualizations
* Ability to engage with patients that may be ambivalent regarding treatment options
* Ability to adapt interventions to patients’ strengths, skills, and developmental levels
* Ability to comply with clinic documentation standards

*Minimum Qualifications for Licensed Psychologist:*

Education:
* Doctorate (Required)

License/Certification:
* Licensed Psychologist with the State of Texas (Required)

*Compensation for Licensed Psychologist:*

· Base Salary: Starting at $115,000

· Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Starting at 3% and up to 5% of base salary.

· Yearly Retention Bonuses: Starting at 3% and up to 6% of base salary.

· Sign On Bonus: $10,000

· Yearly Earning Potential Including all bonus opportunities: $142,250 to $150,000
