We are seeking a dedicated Residence Manager to oversee a residential facility's daily operations and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong patient service and healthcare management background.
Position - RN Care manager
location - Prarie City, OR, 97869
Duration - 13 weeks
Pay - $2600/36 hours(Travel)
*Responsibilities*
* Manage the overall functioning of the residence, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents
* Coordinate and oversee resident care plans and services
* Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to meet regulatory standards
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure residents receive appropriate care
* Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and update care plans accordingly
*Skills*
* Experience in patient service, PICU, geriatrics, diagnostic evaluation, primary care, hospital medicine, utilization management, ER, clinic, and case management is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
