We are seeking a driven and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team in Plymouth, Wisconsin The position will be for 2, 3 or 4 days per week, and we're offering a starting wage range of $42-47/hr.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Record and review patient medical histories
* Provide clinical services or health education to improve and maintain the health of patients
* Digital X-rays
* Chart conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentist
* Ensure that rooms are appropriately set up prior to patient arrival, having all the necessary instruments and supplies ready
* Check patient records for medical alerts, dental history and pre-medication
* Manage continuing education requirements for professional certification
* Lead with kindness: Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members
