*Certified Nurse Assistant* - Full time (40 hours) receive $1,000 sign on Bonus

*Certified Nurse Assistants* *are* responsible to perform various resident care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents. The _*Certified Nurse Assistant*_ maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. The _*Certified Nurse Assistant *_acts with integrity and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action. The _*Certified Nurse Assistant *_strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of St. Agnes Home and to incorporate the goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for the individual human dignity.

We require:

o Current certification as a *Certified Nurse Assistant* , in good standing, in the State of Missouri

o Must understand English in both verbal and written forms and be understood

o Must be able to perform the physical function of *Certified Nurse Assistant* with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law.

o Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred

o Basic computer skills

You must also:

· Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

· Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US.

· Must have valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).
