Seeking EXPERIRENCED RN’s to join our System Float Pool. In this role, RNs can gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within their specialty area while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RNs support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. There are opportunities available to float regionally (to the northern or the southern region sites) or to float throughout the entire RWJBH system.

*Requirements:*
* At least 3 years of RN experience in related specialty area.
* Active RN License
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
* BLS, ACLS
* Certifications in specialty area (ex: OCN, ONS Chemo Cert, CNOR, PCCN, etc.)
* Ability and willingness to travel to various hospitals in within the RWJBarnabas Health system.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet staffing needs as required.
* Three 12 hours shifts per week (for Oncology and Telemetry)
