Support production and facility improvements.Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills. This includes performing general maintenance duties to encompass all facility related equipment. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as: press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers. Ensures their proper care, use, and storage.Preventive Maintenance and repairs: manufacturing support equipment: air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps.Maintain and update required record and filing systems as required, update information about replenishing parts and supplies inventory.Qualifications:A proven, excellent safety and attendance record.High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.3+ years’ experience in maintenance procedures and shop practices or technical trade school graduate. Practical knowledge of utilities equipment and the use of power tools in manufacturing.Experienced and knowledgeable of manufacturing support systems, steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling. Experienced in industrial electrical troubleshooting. Basic electronic troubleshooting and basic computer skills.Knowledge of Work Order program for equipment and machinery.Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHA regulations.Must be available to work overtimeGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to work at heights up to 30 ft. when necessaryInterested in hearing more?
