In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify the solutions are implemented as designed. This role will require communication skills to convey solutions and results to teammates and leadership.This position can be located onsite in either Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA and may require occasional travel.What You will Do:You will develop concepts of operations for radar systemsYou will be responsible for radar processing algorithm developmentYou will be responsible for radar software requirements developmentYou will be responsible for statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance dataYou will be responsible for analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolutionYou will work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutionsYou will present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or CustomersAdditional focus areas for these radar systems include signal processing and waveform design, electronic protection methods, phased array and digital beamforming technology, radar search, track and discrimination design, target and threat modeling, integration and test of large radar systems, MBSE.This position requires daily on-site support and is not open to hybrid or remote possibilitiesQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
