Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every homeowner. Utilizing your expertise in troubleshooting and repair to keep systems running smoothly. You're a perfect fit if you have: 2+ years of experience as an HVAC installer A strong understanding of wiring diagrams, blueprints, and air-balancing techniques The ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills - building trust with homeowners is key A passion for the HVAC industry - We're looking for someone who loves what they do Holbrook Heating offers: Competitive salary: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary Positive work environment - We value teamwork and professional growth Opportunity for advancement - We invest in our employees' success Competitive salary and benefits package.
