Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards. This leader will manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and drive successful execution across multiple active job sites.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Key Responsibilities:Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction, budgeting, and scheduling through turnover and closeoutManage multiple commercial projects simultaneously (ground-up, TI, renovations, sitework, etc.)Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, buyout, and cost controlsOversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance managementCollaborate closely with superintendents to ensure jobsite safety, quality, and productivityConduct regular OAC, subcontractor, and internal team meetingsMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partnersDrive change order management, RFIs, submittals, and documentation processesForecast project cash flow, labor needs, and resource planningMentor and support project engineers, APMs, and upcoming project managersEnsure projects meet company standards and exceed client expectationsQualifications:7–12+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM in commercial constructionProven track record managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects ($10M–$100M+)Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, buyout, and construction best practicesExperience working with owners, architects, and engineering teamsProficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platformsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
