Responsibilities
Enter and update information into company databases and systems with high accuracy.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting errors as needed.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from collected data.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Follow data management policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data-related issues.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
