Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN, or LPN)
Current/active license for LPN or RN
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
Prior MDS/RAI experience
Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines related to skilled nursing
