Wesley Dentistry is now hiring a Part Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Brentwood, Tennessee as they continue to provide quality care experiences to their patients

Our patient-centered dental practice in Brentwood is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Hygienist to join our caring team.

New Hygienist grads are welcome

Part Time Dental Hygienist Schedule

Weekly on Monday and Wednesday and 2 Thursdays per month 7:00am - 4:30pm

Every other Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

1 hour lunch every day except Fridays

Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
Reviewing patient's history and charting
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Support the dentist with procedures as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
Knowledgeable about perio health, comfortable with patient education, and competent with gum therapy
Experience with dental practice software
Seeking a new team collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
