*Shift Options/Hours:*
* Full-Time / Days
* M-F, weekends as needed
*Salary: *$35.31-$54.72/hour, DOE

*Summary:*
Occupational Therapist in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education. Monitors the treatment activities of COTA’s and aides.
*Responsibilities:*
* Responds to physician orders for occupational therapy.
* Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients.
* Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly.
* Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
* Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities.
* Seeks clarification of physician orders as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* State licensure (or eligible) as an Occupational Therapist. State of Texas
* CPR certification.
* 2+ years as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting preferred
