Superior Smiles prides itself on providing top-quality dental care for the entire family. Our team includes 3 general dentists, 1 pediatric dentist, and 8 dental hygienists. Together, we have many years of experience and are ready to welcome another hygienist into our family.

WHAT WE OFFER.

$36.00 - $40.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.
Health Insurance: 100% company paid premium.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan: with matching contribution.
Continuing Education Reimbursement.
Negotiable Hours. Work anytime between 7:30am – 5pm. No evenings, nights, or weekends.
Finders Fee. Know a fellow dentist or hygienist that would be interested? Refer them to us and if they accept a position, you receive a finder’s fee for your referral ($10,000 for dentist; $5,000 for hygienist).

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Take and develop dental x-rays (if certified).
Assist dentists during procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

We're looking for someone with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (though a Bachelor’s is a plus), is licensed as a Dental Hygienist in Michigan, is CPR certified, has stellar communication skills, a knack for teamwork, and a passion for patient care.
