Hybrid flexibility may be available depending on firm and client needs.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and development projectsDraft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contractsProvide counsel on zoning, land use, and title mattersAdvise on entity formation and joint ventures related to real estate transactionsCollaborate with lenders, developers, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients across a range of real estate mattersQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Tennessee (or ability to waive in)3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (additional experience welcome)Strong drafting and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple matters independently while working as part of a teamExcellent communication and client-service skillsInterested in hearing more?
