We’re looking for a talented and dependable *Baker/Pastry Chef* to join our team at _Power of the Almond_, a gluten-free, no sugar added bakery. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods with consistency.
*Responsibilities:*
* Bake our signature keto pound cakes.
* Decorate cakes and assist with custom orders.
* Follow recipes and processes with precision to maintain product quality and consistency.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
*Requirements:*
* Previous professional baking or pastry experience.
* Cake decorating skills (piping, finishing, and creative presentation).
* Attention to detail and ability to follow established recipes.
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
