This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value real estate transactions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:* Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing* Draft, negotiate, and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, and related contracts* Advise clients on zoning, land use, title issues, and entitlement matters* Conduct and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, environmental reports, and risk analysis* Collaborate with developers, lenders, investors, and corporate clients to structure and close transactions efficiently* Assist with real estate components of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures* **Manage transactions from initial term sheet through closing**—closing experience is a strong plusRequirements:* J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing* 3–10 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills* Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and work directly with clients* **Experience handling closings is highly valued*** Experience with real estate finance or lending transactions is preferredInterested in hearing more?
