*A day in the life:*
* Build rapport through counseling and instructing patients about their hearing loss and treatment plan.
* Conduct accurate hearing tests and evaluations for patients of all ages.
* Recommend, fit, and dispense proper hearing devices according to the patient’s needs.
* Troubleshoot, repair, service, and clean hearing aids and other amplification devices.
* Handle administrative tasks as needed and complete chart notes for each patient seen.

*Qualifications:*
* Hearing Aid Dispenser licensure as required by Maryland state law.
* Experience working with several hearing aid manufacturer software and device offerings.
* Excellent written and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem-solving skills.
