Join our Water/Wastewater group in Boise IdahoRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relatedWashington or Idaho PE license required (or ability to obtain within 18 months)5-15 years experience in public worksProven record of leading the design and construction of water, wastewater, water‑resources, and related infrastructure projectsDemonstrated technical leadership and team guidance skillsFamiliarity with land‑use codes and submittal processes highly beneficialStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and direction from concept through construction close‑outLead advanced analyses, modeling, and design reviews for complex public‑works projectsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources to achieve project goals and maintain schedule/budget integrityDevelop and maintain project technical standards, QA/QC procedures, and innovation initiativesMentor and empower junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellenceSalary$110,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)Why Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
