The partners at Magnolia Land and Lakes have pioneered the wholesale land industry with 30+ years of extensive experience in real estate marketing, development, and sales, representing large-acreage recreational, residential, and agricultural ranch communities across the United States.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Sales Consultant at Magnolia Land & Lakes. The Land Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, customer satisfaction, and communication related to land sales supported by company-backed, large-scale lead generation. The role will involve assisting sellers and buyers in the rural Houston real estate market. Become an integral part of a team, working on an active pipeline of projects, while accelerating your real estate career with the highest commissions in the industry.Qualifications· Strong sales consulting skills· Competitive nature with grit· Integrity, strong work ethic, and coachable· Entrepreneurial drive· Ability to stay organized, self-motivated and goal-driven· Customer satisfaction and customer service skills· Strong communication skills· Ability to build and maintain client relationships· Knowledge of the Texas real estate market· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related field· Texas Real Estate License is a plus, but not required for initial hireWhy Work for Magnolia Land & LakesParent Company, American Land and Lakes, is headquartered in Sarasota, FL, with offices located throughout the country.
