We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists for a full-time position at our Portage, MI location with the option of working in the Kalamazoo location.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Must be fully licensed.
Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or related counseling field
Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
Twenty-five clients weekly
Some evening sessions and Saturday appointments are expected.
Must be willing to have a caseload of children and adolescents under the age of 17.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations.
Experience with children or adolescents.
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Solid computer and basic technology skills.
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
Self-motivated and independent clinician.
Able to build rapport with clients quickly.

The clinical staff at CFPS serves a variety of concerns through individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Psychological evaluations and testing services are available.
