The APM will handle client communication, documentation, inventory and vendor management, and transportation. Responsibilities Include:Assist in projects from start to finish in planning, implementing, and managing project tasks, scope of work changes, and deliverablesClient relationship management on a day-to-day basisInventory Management: executes daily inventory analysis, identify and resolves discrepancies and problems, create inbounds & outboundsVendor Management: coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to meet project deadlines and client expectationsManage and analyze transportation by identifying opportunities for consolidation of shipments or creative routing to reduce costsNegotiate with third-party logistics providers to secure competitive rates and improve service qualityCommunicate and collaborate with warehouse staff to meet shared project goalsMaintain and manage all project documentation, organizing, and storing project reporting and documentsOnboarding and vetting carrier partners Stay current on transportation knowledge, rules, and regulationsContinuous improvement in logistics processes, cost savings, and operational efficiencyCreate and maintain reports defining project progress, problems, and solutionsPossess financial acumen to improve project margin, create financial reports, maintain project budget, and manage project billingAbility to be on-call after hours and weekend when necessaryAssist and collaborate with other departments Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of prior experience in Logistics Project ManagementStrong knowledge of logistics, 3PL, inventory xhuatnn & vendor management, transportation, and warehousingAbility to work under pressure in fast-paced, team environment, display professionalism, and have willingness to cross-collaborateStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills: Process improvement, detail oriented, analytical, decision-making, problem solving, time management, prioritization, and highly organizedExperience with TMS and WMS systems.Proficiency in MS OfficeFull Time Benefits:Starting Pay Range: $55,000 – 60,000Potential profit sharing in the form of annual bonus401k percentage match, automatically vestedHybrid work optionsHealth, Dental, Voluntary Life, STD, and LTDStrong vacation policyCasual dress policy
