*Position Overview:*

As a Registered Nurse with the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our patients. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual who is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

*Tuition Reimbursement:*

In addition to the new bonus, the RN and LPN Tuition Reimbursement Program was created to assist LECOM Health employees by offsetting a portion of their educational expenses. Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses may be eligible for tuition reimbursement *up to $22,000*. Inquire for plan details.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
* Develop and implement nursing care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
* Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

*Qualifications:*
* Valid and current RN license in Pennsylvania.
* CPR certification.
* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Previous nursing experience is a plus.
