*Start*: ASAP (2 weeks for compliance)

*Pay*: $38/hr (blended of taxed and stipend)

$1,520/ Weekly gross (based on 40 hrs)

*Notes:*

- Rate is less for locals within 50 miles

- 1+ yr LPN experience Required

- Must be licensed in the state of NC/Compact

- Must have an active BLS
