The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement a care plan for rehabilitation. The PTA helps clients perform the exercises and mobility techniques as set forth in the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist. Our Therapy Team is highly collaborative, innovative and passionate.

CareAparent offers Physical Therapy (PT) as part of a multidisciplinary approach to care in the home. Physical Therapists assist clients who may have pain, illness, injury or a decline in function due to the aging process by creating routines and strategies for managing mobility safely and productively while reducing the risk of injury or further decline.

If YOU have the following, CareAparent wants to hear from you:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current and valid PTA license in Minnesota
Medicare experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations
Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
