About the Senior Financial Accountant Opportunity: Join one of North America's largest specialty service providers supporting the energy industry for over 40 years. Be part of a collaborative, high-performance team supporting financial operations across rotating and fixed equipment projects, turnarounds, and capital initiatives. Work in a dynamic, project-based environment with exposure to complex cost accounting and ERP systems (Viewpoint Vista preferred). Enjoy a stable, growth-oriented company with 12 full-service facilities across the U.S. Overview of the Senior Financial Accountant Role: Lead month-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Maintain general ledger integrity and perform reconciliations and variance analysis. Prepare and analyze project gross margins, cost of sales, and profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for regional operations. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Maintain ERP master data and support system improvements. Collaborate with AP to ensure accurate invoice coding and vendor payments. Assist with audits, tax filings, and fixed asset management. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a plant or project-based environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting, project accounting, and ERP systems (Viewpoint Vista preferred).
