We are looking for individuals that have the same high standards.Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.We are seeking *qualified HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians *in the Hampton Roads area.*HVAC/REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION:** Utilize your strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.* Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.* Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units, dehumidification units, ventilation, and some chiller experience* Refrigeration equipment knowledge is a PLUS: reach-in and walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, and ice machines* Perform repairs, overhauls and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems* Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications* Control wiring and high voltage*Primary areas of expertise include:** HVAC systems* RTU’s* Dehumidification units* Chiller experience is a PLUS* Split systems* DX systems* Reach-in and walk-in boxes is a PLUS* Cooler display cases is a PLUS* Ice machines is a PLUS*QUALIFICATIONS*:* High school diploma or equivalent* EPA certification* Communication and customer service skills* Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations* Must be able to work independently and without supervision* 5 years of experience preferred*WHAT WE OFFER YOU:*B & Z Services Inc. isenjoying steady growth across the Southeastern Virginia.
