We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with previous accounting experience, that is responsible for supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making processes through analysis, forecasting, and modeling. This role provides financial insights to senior management, supports budgeting processes, and helps drive the company’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and insights on financial performance.
Analyze trends, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Support the annual budgeting process, working with various departments to set budgets and monitor adherence.
Create and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Develop and improve forecasting models and techniques.

Strategic Financial Planning:

Conduct cost-benefit analyses and evaluate investment opportunities.
Partner with department heads to understand financial needs and assist in resource allocation.
Provide recommendations based on financial data analysis to support decision-making.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
Assist in developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
Financial analyst experience a plus
