Key Responsibilities of the Telecom Sales Representative Drive wireless awareness by showcasing AT&T cell phones and service plans through outreach efforts, product demos, and promotional events. Support activations and upgrades by verifying customer eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate setup of devices and accounts. Deliver product expertise by clearly explaining phone features, pricing structures, and plan benefits tailored to individual needs. Troubleshoot service issues by resolving connectivity concerns, clarifying device functionality, and escalating complex cases to technical teams when needed.
