Our firm is driven by a commitment to client service and legal excellence, with offices across Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Missouri.**The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.**Key Responsibilities:** *Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement** *Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed** *Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings** *Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel** *Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.**Qualifications:** *Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school** *Active and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar** *At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred ** *Strong written and verbal communication skills** *Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload**We xhuatnn Offer:** *Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses** *Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer matching** *Supportive team environment with resources for professional growth** *Opportunities for advancement within a growing firm*Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
