*Position: LPNs & STNAs*

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide compassionate patient care following established protocols.
- Assist in phlebotomy procedures when necessary.
- Support patients in various settings including memory care, and long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize knowledge of basic life support and geriatrics in daily tasks.
- Demonstrate expertise in dementia care practices.

*Skills Required:*
- Experience in patient care within home care or long-term care environments.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques.
- Knowledge of basic life support and geriatrics.
- Understanding of physiology for effective patient management.
- Familiarity with OR procedures is a plus.
